Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to support property activities.
• Experience coordinating resident events and leasing activities.
• Experience setting up model units or mini models.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities: tours, applications, screening, and move-ins.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Create marketing traffic via online and local channels.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and data.
• Maintain show units to company standards and prep the office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
• Support lease renewals: letters, packages, and notices.
