Independence Realty Trust Inc. (IRT Living) is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant for The Residences on McGinnis Ferry. You’ll be the face of our vibrant community, greeting prospects, guiding them toward the right home, and conducting engaging tours.

You’ll follow up with prospects to close leases, manage applications, and stay informed on features and rents. A company-paid, in-person training in Tampa, FL, plus growth and incentive opportunities, completes the package.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, charisma, and a passion for helping people.
• Must attend a company-paid, multi-day, out-of-state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and expertly match them with our community’s amenities.
• Conduct community tours that highlight the unique lifestyle IRT offers.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the lease application process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract new residents.
• Coordinate resident events that build community and enhance resident satisfaction.
