JCMLiving is seeking a Senior Leasing Specialist to close leases and connect prospective residents with their ideal home. You will work in a busy leasing center, delivering exceptional customer experiences from first contact through move-in.

The ideal candidate is a confident, personable communicator with sales experience in apartment leasing or market-rent leasing, and excels in a fast-paced environment. Weekend hours and one evening per week may be required.

• Proven experience in apartment leasing or property sales.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to close deals and meet leasing targets.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and computer-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective residents with a warm, professional approach.
• Answer inquiries and respond to questions.
• Schedule appointments and conduct apartment/community tours.
• Follow up consistently with leads and applicants.
• Present apartments, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Prepare leases and complete related administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate information in lead-management systems.
• Build positive relationships with current residents.
• Assist with rent collection and resident account matters.
• Coordinate and respond to service requests.
• Assist with planning resident events and community activities.
• Support the leasing team in achieving occupancy and service goals.
