Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Leasing Professional to help people find a home and contribute to a thriving community. You’ll engage prospects, take initiative, and use creativity to solve problems while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities include building relationships, applying a strong sales focus, and collaborating with office staff across properties. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple properties are often required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
• Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
