You will greet prospects, present community features, secure leases, and maintain excellent resident relations in a welcoming, professional environment. A driver’s license and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants with complete documentation.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for residents and prospects.
• Stay informed about local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute ideas for marketing strategies and resident satisfaction improvements.
• Generate traffic by contacting area employers, merchants, and locator services.
• Assist in planning and implementing advertising and marketing programs.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to foster relationships and renewals.
