Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a community.

You will show, lease, and move in prospective residents, greet and qualify, complete leasing paperwork, and maintain accurate lead data while delivering strong customer service to residents and prospects.

This is a full-time on-site role with emphasis on compliance with housing regulations and a team-oriented culture focused on growth and success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Show, lease, tour, greet, qualify, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist with marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
• Address resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
