Job summary

Dominium seeks a Leasing Consultant for Crossroad Commons, a 216-unit community in Manor, TX. You will engage with prospective residents by phone, email, text, and in person—presenting units, building rapport, and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

The role emphasizes adherence to Fair Housing laws, professional presentation, and accurate data entry in Yardi PMS, with a focus on maximizing occupancy and delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education.
• Sales and/or other customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed people skills to handle diverse personalities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Reasoning ability and focus on sales targets.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, including 7 days a week as needed.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases following company standards, and conduct timely follow-up with prospects.
• Inspect and ensure homes are clean and presentable for tours.
• Know property features, local schools, hospitals, banks, shopping and amenities; communicate these effectively to prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws; complete Guest Cards and enter data in Yardi PMS.
• Guide customers through application completion and collect required documentation for eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Support community events and retention efforts; complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
