Job summary

Dominium, Cobblestone Manor in Fort Worth, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to engage with prospective residents by phone, online, and in person. You will present properties, conduct tours, and close leases while maintaining Fair Housing compliance and accurate data entry in Yardi PMS.

The role requires strong communication, basic math for rent calculations, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license may be required and knowledge of local amenities is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education. Sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities in a friendly, professional manner.
• Basic math skills for rent calculations, deposits, fees, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• May require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases, and follow up with prospects.
• Ensure homes are clean and presentable for tours.
• Maintain familiarity with local amenities and explain them to prospects.
• Enter data accurately in Yardi PMS and complete guest cards.
• Guide customers through the rental application process and document eligibility.
