Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Highland Hills in Dallas, TX. You will greet prospective residents, present available units, and guide applicants through the leasing process while upholding Fair Housing guidelines.

The role blends customer service, sales, and data entry in the Yardi PMS system. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, sales or customer service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases following company standards, and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect and ensure homes are clean and presentable for tours.
• Know local amenities and convey them effectively to prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws; enter data in Yardi PMS and complete Guest Cards.
• Guide customers through application completion for affordable housing eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Support events and resident retention efforts; complete projects assigned by supervisor.
