Job summary

Dominium Management Services in Manor, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our Cros sroad Commons community. This role blends customer service and sales to lease apartments, greet prospective residents, and guide applicants through applications.

You will present properties, follow company standards for tours, and maintain knowledge of local amenities to communicate effectively with prospects. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong people skills.
• Basic math for rent payments, deposits and fees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Present properties and conduct tours, following company standards.
• Close leases and conduct timely follow-up with prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of local amenities and schools.
• Document interactions in Yardi PMS software.
• Guide applicants through the housing application process.
• Support marketing activities and community events.
• Assist with resident retention efforts.
