Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Cobblestone Manor, a 220-unit community in Fort Worth, TX. The role blends customer service and sales, presenting available homes, guiding applicants through the screening process, and ensuring a positive touring experience.

You will greet prospects in person, by phone, and online; build rapport; document interactions in Yardi PMS; and assist applicants with required documentation while upholding Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong people skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work with diverse customers.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; 7 days a week as needed.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases following company standards, and conduct timely follow-up with prospects.
• Inspect and ensure tours are clean and presentable; walk tour path.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, local schools, hospitals, banks, shopping, and amenities; communicate effectively to prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws; complete Guest Cards and enter data in Yardi PMS.
• Guide customers through application completion and collect required documentation for affordable housing eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Support community events, assist with resident retention, and complete projects assigned by supervisor.
