Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Highland Hills, a 250-unit community in Dallas, TX. The role blends customer service with sales, including presenting properties, guiding tours, and closing leases while adhering to Fair Housing guidelines.

The ideal candidate engages customers by phone, email, text, and in person, follows company standards, and assists with applications per policy. The position supports occupancy goals and community events.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education; sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic math skills for rent calculations, deposits, fees, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, including 7 days a week as needed.
• May require a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases per standards, and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect and prepare homes for tours to keep them clean and presentable.
• Know local amenities and communicate them effectively to prospects.
• Complete guest cards and enter data into Yardi PMS accurately.
• Guide customers through applications and collect documentation for eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing and traffic-generating activities to support occupancy.
• Support community events and resident retention efforts; complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
