Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a multi-family community in Spring, TX. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through leasing activities and excellent resident service.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, screen applications, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process while supporting renewal efforts.

Qualifications

• Must hold licenses as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate upkeep with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and coordinate with maintenance and management.
