Responsibilities

• Assist with front line resident services and team coordination.
• Engage with prospects via internet leads, phone, and tours, providing exceptional customer service.
• Process leasing applications and paperwork, collect deposits and sign leases.
• Coordinate with maintenance, inspect units, and monitor property needs.
• Move-ins and move-outs processing, including security deposit dispositions.
• Lead and train team members, support the Property Manager as needed.
