Responsibilities

• Process lease applications, prepare lease paperwork, and collect deposits.
• Provide exceptional resident service, including renewals, notices, and move-related questions.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management on property needs and work orders.
• Lead and train team members; support the Property Manager as needed.
