Job summary
Fogelman is hiring an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join the team at Madison Midtown as we transition this property mid September. The ideal candidate has at least three years of Assistant Property Manager experience within the multifamily industry, is strong in accounting and collections, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proficient in Yardi.
Proven leasing abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential.
Qualifications
- Two years of assistant property manager experience in multifamily
- Strong accounting and collections skills
- Proficient in Yardi and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Post monthly rent, application fees, deposits and collections
- May handle leasing duties including renewals
- Collect delinquent payments and pursue 0 due by month end
- Prepare month-end close reports and occupancy data
- Stand in for Property Manager when unavailable
- Weekend work may be required
- Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies
- Other duties as assigned
