This role supports the Community Manager by aligning leasing strategies with operational goals, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining a strong focus on internal collaboration and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive organizer, skilled in managing meetings, streamlining workflows, and high-performing leasing.Essential Job Functions:Responsible for assisting in the successful marketing, administrative, and financial operations of the property under the direction of the Community Manager.Maintains a strong understanding of the community, specials and floor plans and oversees all unit pricing.
