ArtHaus Properties in Oakland is seeking a sharp Leasing Operations Coordinator to be the right hand to our Director of Leasing. This role goes beyond desk work, with on-site property tours, brand compliance, data reporting, and coordination with a leasing team spanning the globe.

You will review tours for curb appeal and pricing, keep systems clean, and ensure reports are trustworthy while supporting lead response and overall service quality across the team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project-management skills across competing deadlines and multiple properties.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate standards for property-level teams.
• Comfort coordinating with global or distributed teams and holding service-quality standards.
• Ability to travel to properties as needed in Oakland/Bay Area.
• Experience with property management software and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the first impression by assessing curb appeal, entry sequence, common areas, and unit condition on tours.
• Catch pricing, availability, and brand-standard slip-ups before listings go live.
• Keep systems clean and build leadership-ready reports.
• Support portfolio-wide initiatives, group leasing outreach, and AI-Guided Tour programs; monitor lead response and service quality.
• Assist with application review and approvals to move renters to the finish line.

ArtHaus Properties is looking for a sharp, energetic Leasing Operations Coordinator to be the right hand to our Director of Leasing. This isn't a desk‑bound admin role — you'll be out at properties making sure every unit, tour, and ad actually lives up to our brand, while also digging into data and coordinating with a leasing team spread across the globe. What You'll Do

• You set the first impression. Score curb appeal, entry sequence, common areas, and unit condition on every tour — flag it, don't fix it, and keep the ministaging inventory sharp and ready to deploy.
• You're the last line of defense on brand. Catch pricing, availability, and brand‑standard slip‑ups before they ever go live.
• You make the numbers trustworthy. Keep the systems clean and build the reports leadership actually relies on.
• You keep leasing moving. Help launch portfolio‑wide initiatives, group leasing outreach, and the AIGT (AI‑Guided Tour) program — and keep an eye on lead response and service quality across the team.
• You're the closer's closer. Jump in on application review and approval to help move renters across the finish line.

What You Bring

• A few years in multifamily leasing, marketing, or operations (property management experience is preferred)
• An eye for detail and a genuine drive to make things better, not just check boxes
• Comfort with tech‑forward systems and the Google Suite
• Great communication — you can rally a global team and hold vendors accountable
• Reliable transportation to get around the Bay Area for property visits, primarily in Oakland
• A growth mindset — this is a launchpad role for someone who wants to build a career in leasing operations

Minimum Requirements

• Strong organizational and project‑management skills across competing deadlines and multiple properties.
• Comfort coordinating with global or distributed teams and holding service‑quality standards.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate standards into practical guidance for property‑level teams.
• Based in or willing to work from the Oakland/East Bay area, with ability to travel to properties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years in multifamily leasing, marketing, or leasing operations.
• Experience overseeing quality control across property presentation, marketing materials, or brand standards.
• Working knowledge of Yardi (or comparable property management software) and reporting tools (Excel, Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with application review and Fair Housing‑consistent screening practices. Direct experience supporting a leasing leadership role.
• Background in centralized or corporate leasing operations across a multi‑property portfolio.
• Experience with group leasing outreach or business/community partnership development.
• Familiarity with competitive market research and pricing analysis.
• Yardi experience (any version).
• Familiarity with application review and Fair Housing‑consistent screening practices.

Working Conditions

• Mix of desk‑based work (quality control, reporting, coordination) and property site visits for presentation walk‑throughs.
• Time‑sensitive cycles around unit turns, marketing launches, and initiative rollouts.
• Regular coordination with the leasing team.
• Based in Oakland/East Bay with periodic travel across the portfolio.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

31 - 33 USD per hour(ArtHaus Works)
