Gateway Management Company in Weaverville, NC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of the Meribel community. You will assist prospective tenants, answer inquiries, route maintenance requests, and support the Property Manager.

This role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience in property management, and familiarity with tax credit programs. Strong communication and basic financial skills help ensure accurate records and smooth leasing

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent.
• Prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager or 1 year in customer service related to property management.
• Knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.
• Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Some knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.

Aufgaben

• Complete lease applications, assist with verification, notify applicants of results.
• Maintain records in property management software and resident files.
• Ensure rent collection and input revenue data accurately.
• Know and enforce all Gateway Management policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of properties and local market comparisons.
