GGP Services Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Leasing Operations Analyst to support day-to-day leasing operations for a portfolio of shopping centers.

You will review deal structures for accuracy, maintain data integrity across financial and operational systems, and serve as the Leasing team’s resource for the Yardi application. Responsibilities include collaborating with Leasing, Finance and Asset Management to ensure financial accuracy, guiding lease approvals, and driving system proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in leasing operations or related analytical roles.
• Strong Excel skills with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with Yardi or similar real estate management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review deal structures for financial accuracy and compliance.
• Guide the lease approval process and document management.
• Serve as the primary Yardi resource for the Leasing team.
• Verify lease data accuracy for rent rolls, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain controls to align lease terms with accounting.
• Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Legal, Property Management, and Accounting.
• Support cross-functional workflows and process improvements.
