Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Assistant in Baton Rouge to support planning of community events, engage with on- and off-campus activities, and assist prospective residents to meet goals set by the Community Manager.

You will monitor model apartments and assist in marketing efforts, including social media, housing fairs, and vendor relations, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and quality-leader capable of guiding ambassadors.
• Experience in coordinating community events, marketing initiatives, or housing programs.
• Ability to track leasing data and report metrics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain model and tour route daily.
• Assist with property curb appeal and maintenance of the grounds.
• Track and report leasing data, metrics, and goals.
• Help retain residents and attract new ones through marketing.
• Organize monthly resident and marketing events and housing fairs.
• Assist with social media campaigns to maintain an online presence.
