Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent for the Seattle/Bellevue portfolio. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue, while delivering resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases, ensuring compliance with policies. A strong focus on local market conditions and collaboration with maintenance and leasing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and coordinating apartment showings to meet occupancy goals.
• Ability to qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare lease documents accurately.
• Strong customer service skills with focus on resident satisfaction and renewals.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends and marketing strategies to drive traffic.
• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Greet, tour, and qualify prospects; process applications; screen credit and background checks; prepare leases.
• Inspect show units for move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy; use online and offline channels.
• Record traffic and leasing activity in the system; maintain accurate resident data and renewals.
