Job summary

Greystar's Central Park East in Bellevue, WA seeks an experienced Leasing Professional to drive leasing and renewal strategies, deliver great resident service, and support occupancy goals.

You will conduct tours (virtual and in-person), process applications, coordinate move-ins, and engage in marketing to attract prospects. The role includes housing discounts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease paperwork.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Stay informed about market conditions and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and online marketing.
• Use on-site software to track availability, leases, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions or renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes by preparing letters and meeting renewing residents.
