Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused with the ability to be a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• This role MAY require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process.
• Greet clients and provide tours of the apartments.
• Process applications and prepare lease agreements.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing reports as assigned.
