Job summary

Greystar is seeking a results-driven professional to manage and direct the community’s marketing, advertising, and leasing operations. You will lead the leasing team, set pricing and concessions, and drive occupancy targets while using the company’s property management software to generate performance reports.

Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, coordinating with maintenance to ensure appealing units, and guiding the leasing process from traffic to move-in.

Qualifications

• Experience directing marketing, advertising and leasing activities for a multifamily community.
• Ability to set pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives based on market conditions.
• Strong leadership of on-site leasing teams and reporting to owners.

Responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities.
• Supervise leasing team, interview hires, and ensure performance per policy.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, traffic, and leasing results with reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure appealing, market-ready units.
• Oversee lease renewals, client communications, and move-in procedures.
