Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property marketing leader to manage the community’s advertising, sales activities, leasing team, and operations to achieve revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.

The role requires developing pricing strategies, monitoring traffic and leases, coordinating with maintenance to ensure attractive, market-ready apartments, and driving successful leasing outcomes across on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Directs the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, inventory of ready apartments, pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans based on market conditions and competition.
• Creates print and internet advertising strategies and uses property management software to generate reports.
• Works with maintenance to ensure property appearance and safety meets company standards.
• Leads leasing processes: generating traffic, screening prospects, preparing leases, and finalizing move-ins.
• Oversees lease renewals: communication, notification, and move-out support as needed.
• Manages leasing team through hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
