Job summary

Greystar is seeking a results‑oriented community marketing and leasing leader to drive revenue, occupancy, and resident retention across a busy apartment community. You will oversee marketing, advertising, pricing strategies, and the leasing team to meet targets while upholding Greystar's standards.

Responsibilities include developing plans, monitoring performance, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure quality; you will also manage lease renewals, review reports, and participate in problem

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have licenses as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
• Oversees the leasing process, provides pricing guidance and ensures ready apartments meet market demand
• Monitors leasing performance and reports on traffic, conversions and closings
• Coordinates with maintenance to maintain property standards and optimize salability of units
• Manages lease renewals, notices and move‑out processes, and supports resident relations
