Responsibilities

• Directs the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, ready apartment inventory, pricing and concessions, and day-to-day leasing.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and leases.
• Creates print and internet advertising strategies; uses property management software to generate reports.
• Works with maintenance to ensure the property's appearance and safety, merchandising units for marketability.
• Generates and monitors leasing traffic, leases apartments, qualifies prospects, prepares lease documentation, and completes move-ins.
• Monitors financial, shop, traffic and closing reports; presents results to clients, owners and managers.
• Oversees the lease renewal program and manages resident communications.
• Supervises leasing team members including hiring, orientation and training.
