Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Floating Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team and drive effective leasing, marketing and resident relations for an apartment community.

The role requires coordinating tours, processing applications, managing pricing, and fostering positive resident experiences while collaborating with maintenance and the marketing plan. A strong customer-service orientation and supervisory capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years' experience in Leasing capacity - Preferred.
• 2 years' experience in supervisory role - Preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, Adobe, Property Management Software, PopCard or LTS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close sales by making appointments, showing units, processing applications and deposits.
• Use marketing strategies to drive traffic within the Marketing Budget and Plan.
• Present a favorable image of the community to achieve objectives and recognition.
• Focus on resident retention with events and after-hours engagement.
• Process leases, move-ins, and move-outs promptly.
