Job summary

Campus Apartments seeks an enthusiastic Leasing and Marketing Manager to support day-to-day property operations, lease administration, and resident relations.

You will assist with leasing, marketing campaigns, and ensuring occupancy targets while maintaining accurate records and reports for the General Manager. A Bachelor degree and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred, with a valid driver’s license and familiarity with Entrata

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and high occupancy levels, including renewal offers and availability management.
• Ensure accurate availability records compatible with lease renewal reports.
• Approve and present rental applications to the General Manager for execution.
• Manage licenses and renewal processes with city authorities and legal counsel.
• Assist with the check-out process and inspections of vacated units.
• Ensure leases and resident check-ins are accurate and timely.
• Respond to resident concerns/complaints promptly to maintain good relations.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports and assist with marketing programs.
• Develop and implement advertising/marketing plans to position the property in the market.
• Develop resident retention programs and maintain courteous communications.
