Landmark Properties in College Park, MD, is seeking a proactive Leasing & Marketing Assistant to support community events, conduct model tours, and engage with prospective residents under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will help maintain curb appeal, track leasing data, coordinate housing fairs and on-campus events, and assist social media campaigns to build a vibrant online presence.

This on-site role requires an outgoing attitude and reliability; compensation starts at $17.00

Qualifications

• Outgoing and sociable candidate with strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or leasing is a plus.
• Ability to organize events and coordinate with vendors.
• Familiarity with social media campaigns is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain model and tour route daily.
• Assist with the maintenance of property curb appeal.
• Track and report leasing data, metrics and goals.
• Develop methods to retain residents and gain new ones.
• Organize and manage monthly resident events.
• Organize and manage monthly marketing events.
• Prepare for and execute housing fairs and on-campus events.
• Assist with social media campaigns to maintain a social media presence.
• Ensure follow up activities take place for all prospective residents.
