Job summary

Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Assistant in College Park, MD to support community events, on- and off-campus activities, and service to prospective residents. You will help maintain curb appeal, assist with leasing data, and coordinate events and social media campaigns.

The role reports to the Community Manager with no direct reports, and requires an outgoing, leadership-minded approach to act as a quality leader for Community Ambassadors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain model and tour route daily
• Assist in organizing monthly resident events
• Support social media campaigns to maintain a presence
• Assist in tracking leasing data, metrics and goals
• Develop relationships with vendors and prospective residents
• Assist in move-in related activities and roommate placement
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents and families
• Ensure confidentiality of client, resident, and company information
