Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Assistant to support community events planning, participate in on- and off-campus activities, and assist prospective residents to meet targets set by the Community Manager.

The role requires an outgoing leader who can manage leasing data, coordinate events, and maintain vendor relationships while upholding Landmark Properties policies and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update model and tour routes daily.
• Assist in maintaining property curb appeal.
• Track and report leasing data, metrics and goals.
• Develop methods to retain residents and attract new ones.
• Create and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Organize monthly resident events.
• Organize monthly marketing events.
• Prepare for housing fairs and on-campus events.
• Assist with social media campaigns to maintain a presence.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of client, resident, and company information.
• Adhere to Landmark Properties policies and maintain a professional environment.
• Assist in roommate placement and matching.
• Explain lease documents and addendums to prospects and parents.
• Participate in move-in activities and manage time efficiently.
• Assist in maximizing revenue and occupancy; collect rents and deposits.
• Document and track marketing purchases within budget.
• Co-facilitate annual Leasing Training and track Ambassador performance.
• Understand needs of residents, clients, and vendors and exceed expectations.
• Develop a sense of community among residents and staff and maintain communication.
