Yugo USA is seeking an on-site Leasing Manager in Johnson City, IN. You will oversee all leasing activities, train the leasing team, conduct tours, screen applicants, process leases, and coordinate move-ins to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in residential properties or rental operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing activities and drive occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours and qualify applicants.
• Process rental applications, leases, move-ins, move-outs and renewals accurately.
• Coordinate move-in orientations and maintain leasing records.
• Lead leasing staff and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
