• Supports off-site and on-site promotions, including resident functions.
• Implements and coordinates off-site marketing programs with employers to promote Highmark communities.
• Assists with resident retention and renewal programs.
• Maintains updated Market Survey and understands market comparables.
• Supports the Property Manager with marketing and special projects.
