Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Raleigh, NC to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will show, tour, and sign leases, greet prospects, and drive occupancy with strong customer service.

The role requires on-site work, daily attendance, and effective communication. You will handle leasing paperwork, data, and support retention and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours and manage traffic data.
• Assist in marketing plan execution and weekly market surveys.
• Deal with resident concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
