You will handle tours, applications, and fees, supporting residents through move-in and renewals. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced property environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of residential property management experience with proven leasing or sales results.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily leasing activities and drive weekly leasing goals.
