Qualifications

• Experience in residential leasing and property management is preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proficient in MS Office and leasing software such as RealPage/OneSite.

• Lease up apartment homes and support marketing initiatives.
• Coach, develop and manage the leasing team to achieve targets.
• Maintain a positive, professional leasing office and ensure regulatory compliance.
