Support and direct leasing agents while monitoring daily traffic and leasing activities.

Review pipeline, lead follow-up, applications and upcoming move-ins.
Delegate and track leasing team priorities.
Review availability, pricing and marketing needs with the Property Manager.
Review leasing performance and occupancy trends with the Property Manager.
Establish monthly leasing priorities and assist with marketing strategies.
