Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication to articulate the benefits of living at FRED properties.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing process from initiation to completion, understanding the needs of potential residents and finalizing lease agreements.
• Showcase pricing, floor plans, amenities and community offerings during tours.
• Promptly follow up on inquiries to foster connections with prospective residents.
• Contribute to digital marketing outreach and assist in planning resident events.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using online tools and systems.
