Job summary

Acento Real Estate Partners in the Hampton, VA area is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations for our properties. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases while ensuring an exceptional resident experience.

We expect 1+ years of leasing experience, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems such as OneSite or MRI.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leasing experience in property management.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Sales: greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases.
• Resident Experience: ensure smooth move-ins and coordinate with maintenance.
• Team Leadership: lead, train, and motivate leasing staff.
• Marketing & Outreach: develop strategies to promote units and increase occupancy.
• Administrative Management: use OneSite to track availability and data.
• Follow-Up: contact prospects within 24 hours of tours.
• Customer Service Excellence: resolve concerns and maintain a service-focused environment.
