Responsibilities
- Lead leasing activity: tours, applications, follow-up, move-ins.
- Support and direct leasing agents; monitor daily traffic.
- Respond to prospect and resident inquiries; keep a tour-ready office.
- Review pipeline, follow-up, applications, upcoming move-ins.
- Delegate and track leasing team priorities; ensure timely completion.
- Discuss availability, pricing, and marketing with the Property Manager.
- Review leasing performance and occupancy trends with the Property Manager.
- Plan monthly leasing priorities and adjust as needed.
- Assist with marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and leasing performance.
