Trinity Property Consultants in Chicago is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome residents, show apartments, and drive leasing goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will manage applications, coordinate move-ins, and handle inquiries, supporting maintenance coordination and resident satisfaction. The role offers growth in multifamily property management within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g., Fair Housing laws).
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly to inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and calendars.
• Perform inspections to ensure move-in readiness.
• Support administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections according to policy.
