Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential leasing, property management, or multifamily housing.
• Leadership or team management experience preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing best practices.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office applications.
• Flexibility to work weekends and participate in on-call responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing activities to achieve occupancy, renewal, and revenue goals.
• Create a welcoming, professional environment for prospects and residents.
• Conduct apartment tours, identify prospective resident needs, and showcase amenities.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospective residents.
• Oversee lease application processing, screening, approvals, and lease execution.
• Manage renewal activities, including resident outreach, rate discussions, and retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, reports, and resident documentation.
• Ensure model apartments and vacant units are market-ready and presented to the highest standards.
• Assist with rent and deposit collection as required.
• Lead leasing team and coordinate with property and marketing leadership to drive occupancy and revenue.
