You will coordinate with the leasing team through the application process, inspections, and traffic closing while delivering outstanding customer service and sales results.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of multi-family property management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Knock or OneSite.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years direct experience in multi-family property management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with Knock and One Site preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing process and provide exceptional tour experiences.
• Coordinate applications, inspections, and traffic closing.
• Lead and train the leasing team; conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain CRM contacts and follow up with prospects and residents.
• Monitor pricing/occupancy and achieve targets.
