National Development is seeking a Leasing Manager for Peninsula Apartments in Boston, MA. You will lead the leasing team, drive lead generation, and manage on-site marketing to attract residents while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a strong sense of community.

Responsibilities include coordinating tours, processing leases, reporting metrics, and guiding the team to achieve leasing goals. The role requires 3+ years in property management and familiarity with YARDI and YieldStar.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience required.
• Proficiency with YARDI and YieldStar software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing efforts, strategy, and lead generation.
• Oversee on-site marketing, social media, and outreach campaigns.
• Engage with prospective residents, set appointments, conduct tours, and guide through leasing and move-in.
• Complete lease administration, resident files, and correspondence.
• Prepare weekly leasing and monthly commission reports.
• Set weekly leasing goals for team and monitor performance.
• Assist in planning resident events and foster community.
