Job summary

National Development is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant at E3 Apartments in Allston, MA. The role involves engaging prospective residents, conducting tours, and guiding applicants through leasing and move-in while delivering exceptional customer service and building a sense of community among residents and team members.

You will also handle lease generation, resident files, weekly leasing reports, events, and social media collaboration with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Experience with YARDI and YieldStar is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media channels (Facebook, Instagram).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with prospective residents, set up appointments, tour the community, and guide applicants through leasing and move-in with top customer service.
• Prepare leases, resident files, maintenance of records, and resident communications.
• Prepare weekly leasing reports.
• Plan and execute resident events.
• Maintain social media presence and collaborate with marketing to post content.
• Cultivate strong relationships to provide a first-class resident experience and community feel.

As a Leasing Consultant, Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Corresponding with prospective residents – establishing a good rapport, setting up appointments, touring the community, and taking them through the leasing and move-in process, all while showcasing exemplary customer service and sales skills.
• Administrative tasks such as lease generation, resident file preparation and maintenance, and resident correspondence.
• Preparing weekly leasing reports.
• Participating in planning and execution of resident events.
• Maintaining social media presence, working with the internal marketing team to create and post content.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong loyal relationships with residents, offering a first-class resident experience and helping to maintain a strong sense of community.

What You Bring To Us

• Experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Experience with industry software (YARDI).
• Familiarity with social media channels (Facebook, Instagram).
• Experience with a Revenue Management software platform (YieldStar preferred).
• Willingness to jump in and learn new tasks and systems.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
