Job summary

Harbor Group Management in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Leasing Manager to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by leading leasing and marketing efforts.

You will oversee leasing staff, manage marketing campaigns, coordinate tours and move-ins, renewals, and ensure exceptional customer experience for prospects and residents.

Must have a high school diploma and at least one year of multifamily leasing experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year multifamily leasing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software experience.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, and customer service best practices.
• Experience managing or heavily utilizing social media for leasing and outreach is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize visibility.
• Oversee leasing operations including tours, applications, and move-ins.
• Maintain inventory of ready apartments and market readiness.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure quality standards.
• Analyze local market trends to adjust pricing and promotions.
• Generate leasing reports and manage data in MRI or similar.
• Ensure accurate data entry of traffic, leases, and renewals.
• Plan leasing events and renewal programs.
• Address inquiries and resolve resident/prospect issues.
• Provide performance updates to owners and senior management.
