Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Director in Sacramento to oversee showing and leasing of apartments, training and scheduling leasing staff, and supporting the property's marketing plan. The role emphasizes staff development, outreach marketing, and accurate record-keeping.

The position requires 1–2 years of leasing experience, strong communication, and proficiency with leasing software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience.
• Ability to communicate with residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Thorough knowledge of the leasing process and applicable software.
• Must be self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to maintain logs/records.
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate and work well with others.
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Train and schedule leasing staff; mentor on showing, telephone etiquette, and software use.
• Conduct out-reach marketing regularly.
• Prepare regular leasing activity and staff reports.
• Maintain required logs and records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
