RPM Living is seeking a Floating Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team at an on-site community in Casa Grande, AZ. The role focuses on leasing, marketing, and building positive resident relations to meet property objectives.

The position requires leasing experience, supervisory skills, and strong customer service to drive sales and ensure exceptional resident experiences at RPM Living communities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years’ leasing experience preferred.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, PM software, and property management tools.

Mansioni

• Close leases by scheduling tours, processing applications, and following up with prospects.
• Apply marketing strategies to drive traffic within the marketing plan and budget.
• Maintain a positive image of the community to support objectives.
• Focus on resident retention through planned events and timely service.
